Getting the lake ready for the start of the season, I took the opportunity to get the rods out. Having only 48 hours on-site and only fishing of a evening till around 11pm I managed 5 bites landing 4 Carp to 31lb. My tactic was a scatter of boilie 3-4 rod lengths out in front of The Harbour and simple Yellow Pillows for hookbaits fished on a ronnie rig. All the bites came from the right hand rod.
